Sow in the beginning to the end of February into seedling trays in a warm place. Seedlings can be transplanted to pots or the field when about 5 cm high. Transplant starting from May 20th into a greenhouse or the field at a distance of 60 cm on all sides. Protect your transplants by covering with garden fleece initially. Tie stalks to a stake for support. Always pinch off the first bloom of flowers to encourage sturdy stalks and deep roots.
